Design Conversation
We meet at the property and talk through what you want — the look, the use, the maintenance level you’re comfortable with.

Plant & Material Selection
We pick plants that thrive in Wisconsin soil and seasons, and material that fits your budget and the design we’ve agreed on.

Install
Soil prep, grading, planting, sod or seed, mulch, edging. Done in the right order and at the right time of year for best establishment.

Watering schedule, first-season care guidance, and optional maintenance contracts so the work we did keeps thriving.

Do you do design plans, or just install?
Both. We can work from your own plan or design something from scratch with you. The design conversation is part of our normal process — we want to understand what you’re trying to create before we start digging.
What’s the best time of year to install a new lawn or landscape?
Spring (April–May) and fall (September–October) are ideal — cool temps, plenty of moisture, plants establish well. Summer installs are possible but need more attention to watering.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes — seasonal maintenance packages from spring cleanup through fall final trim. We’ll put together something that fits your property and your budget.
Can you work around existing landscaping?
Absolutely. Most projects include selectively removing what isn’t working, keeping what is, and adding new elements that tie everything together.
How long do new plantings take to establish?
Most perennials and shrubs look established by their second growing season. Lawns from sod establish in 2–4 weeks; from seed, 6–10 weeks. We’ll go over aftercare so your investment thrives.
